October challenge week 3: last update

Hey guys! Just a quick check-in here. I’ve been ill again all week, so I haven’t worked out. I spent the entire week in bed and even now I still get tired super easily.

Regarding my challenge (which was to do some sort of sports every day in October), I actually didn’t want to end my challenge early and still do as much sports as possible, but since I haven’t worked out in two weeks and I probably will not be working out a lot in the next week, I decided to end my challenge early. I do plan to re-do this challenge in 2017 and I hope I don’t get ill then!

Anyways, I will keep looking for ways to challenge myself. I am currently doing the 100 days of makeup challenge over on instagram, so be sure to follow me there to see my looks and progress!

October challenge update: week 2

Hey guys! Short update this week, since I have been sick pretty much all week due to allergies. I really wanted to do something, but honestly I have been so incredibly tired all week, so I didn’t have the energy to do much.

I only did something 3 days this week. I did yoga on Saturday and Thursday and since my bike broke I had to walk on Wednesday resulting in a 30 min walk.

I do hope that next week will be better, I definitely plan on going to the gym again but I’m still kind of sick so I’m hoping it fades soon. Also, even though my challenge kind of failed already, I am planning to stick to doing as much sports/gym/yoga as possible still for the rest of the month and re-do my challenge in one of the next months!

October Challenge update: week 1

Hey guys! The first week of my October challenge is done and I quickly wanted to tell you what I’ve done each day of the week. I do have to say that by the end of the week, I was really tired and I had a deadline on Friday, hence I didn’t do much sports. However, I still did some yoga so I wouldn’t completely do nothing.
